What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Royal Mail and DPD Express Next Day for UK deliveries and Royal Mail and DPD Classic International for international deliveries. The delivery cost is dependent on the total weight of the products.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, excluding North Korea. Sorry Kim.

We’ll dispatch the items to the address you give us, but it’s up to you to know the laws of your country and handle any import restrictions or duty on packages coming from the UK.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

UK deliveries will take 2-3 days, Europe 3-5 days and International can take from 3-7 days.

How Long Does It Take You To Dispatch?

We dispatch packages in 24 hours to 3 days. If it takes us more time we’re sorry!

Do You Protect My Privacy?

Yes, packages are plain, no sign of what the contents of the package are. We won’t call you, but we’ll email the address you give us with a confirmation and if there’s a order problem.

Are You Open And Can I Buy Something?

We’re open yes! The social media isn’t updated, but we’re taking orders. If your order status hasn’t changed in 48 hours, email help@tasteless.io

Sometimes it’ll take time to package your items in our warehouse or there’s stock problem, in which case we’ll email you asking if you want your item changed to another or refunded.

If buying through Paypal please do not refund or revert the payment. Email help@tasteless.io and we’ll take care of any problems which arise or contact the delivery carrier on your behalf.
